Why Hux?
Any chance we can find out why Hux is allowed to be brought past g11 when not 7* but Resistance Heroes can't? Is it a balancing issue or something?

It was a gear issue. They didn't require any of the G11 "finishers" for him, IIRC, and they didn't want to go back and change that when they realized we could G12 him.
