why is stormtrooper a tank?

seriously they never take more then 1 hit before dying, besides that 1 scene in rogue 1 with churrit. most other tanks make sense a bit, like K2SO (self explanatory from movie), B2, Chewie, magnaguard, STH etc.... but not the generic character that always dies in 1 shot.

  • They attract blasterfire faster than honey does flies so there's the "tank" part for you and they also die quickly in the movies so I guess you can't blame the game for following the movies closely on this one.

If you're asking why toons aren't like the movies, this is not the place to start. At first I thought you were asking why st has a tank tag because IN GAME they die after one hit. I commented on another thread that st is the only toon that follows movie expectations.

yes the tag is what im reffering to. a support tag could be better.. they support by drawing fire away and can deal damage back....even a few support character have more hp then him
  • Stormtrooper is completely useless, sadly.

If he's ganna remain trash he should at least replace himself a few times so he's useful- and mimics "a lot" of them. OR we get a "trooper" commander (IE change Veers).
