Why is the support being so difficult for a guild name change?

We fusioned with one of our sister guilds , and now we find out that support can't change , we wanted to get a new name ,we decided on NOVA , we did this before it's nothing new, contact support and ...

yeah,we had to pick something else entirely ,despite clearly in the guild registry that name is being used by other guilds with no issue.

Let me quote support : ''name is banned due to it being reserved or taken'' . Despite there not being any other guild with our namesake , yes we did want N O V A , but it's not only that, we have our grand community nametag before.
