Not a GET1 wall sorry. Put your time in and earn what vet players earned. We all did HOTH TBs to get what is needed. If you haven't been playing long enough to have HY, Wampa, CHS, ROLO then you need to be patient. We all put in our time to get those toons. If you have them then it wont get in your way of getting GAS and MALAK.

IF this was a GET wall it would have been the Neg/Mal issue. They put Mal in GET 2 store before anyone could have possibly finished 7* Negotiator. That is a GET Wall. This is not as all the GET1 toons, if you have been playing long enough, should not be a barrier to getting JKL. wrong argument to make. New players haven't put in their time.

You didn’t have to do a lot of work for CLS and JTR though. Just 7* and g8/9. Nearly comparable to having to get g11 or g12 characters for nowadays’ events.

Did anyone forget the work to get the vets to 7*. That was one of the worst grinds. Can't compare CLS and JTR as g8/9 is now g12 in this state of the game. Long term players can update a new toon to g10 without farming a thing is some cases with the amount of gear accumulated.

And does everyone forget the outrage of Chewie where g11/12 didn't come close without RNG helping? or Ewoks being an RNG fest without g11 or better. Try those events now with Relics, you will breeze by it with ease. I did the Chewie event and could probably solo it with my r5 Jengo if it allowed me to.

This is CG we are talking about so I’m sure they will release packs to buy with wampa and Honda shards in for those that don’t have them at 7*

I have been playing for quite a while, but I took 8 months off last year because I was super annoyed by all the paywalls. The droids, DR, Malak, Padme, GAS, Hans Falcon. I missed all of them because I left. I started playing again around Christmas and I have 5 of the 6 I listed above in user 6 months. I don’t have my HY at 7* yet because I missed those 8 months. But I do have my Malak at 6* and halfway to 7* because he was better for my roster. So, I won’t get JKL, but that’s fine.

The real problem I have with the requirements, is CHS. The devs admitted his kit was broken a long time ago and subsequently removed him from the Hoth TB requirements and said they would fix him at a later date. This was in 2018. They still have yet to fix it or put him back in the requirements. So they expect us to use a character they admit is broken and get him to R3 in less than 10 days time. At least with the GLs they did a small pass over all those characters. And while I would argue most of these don’t need a pass, they should have done something for the ones that do. Especially CHS.
