Will we ever be allowed a way to sell excess shipment gear?

Question

Waaay waaay back in the day the first version of the game allowed you to sell shipment gear.

Now we have some pieces of gear x1000 (we have this as we have to purchase 3x shipments every day).

Can't you let us sell it?

There would be no practical result from it to make any difference other than not having to see an inventory of 1,000.

You know it would be something extraordinarily low. Compare the cost of buying a mod vs selling the same mod.
