Wittin, a Dark Side Jawa suggestion
Right now, all of the Jawa characters which you can acquire are Light Side and whilst we can agree that we already have enough available to play with, there is just one Jawa that we should consider to include for Dark Side players.
Wittin was a Jawa warlord who first appeared in Return of the Jedi, though he wouldn't be identified until later sources. He was a barbaric leader whose tribe profited from robbing people and plundering farms on Tatooine.

Now what separates him from the other Jawas is apart from being a warlord, his main weapon was a re-purposed Trade Federation B1 Battle Droid piloting a Trade Federation STAP which was upgraded with an additional Ion double blaster. Wittin controlled this using a remote control which he entered into Jabba's demolition games.
If Wittin were a playable character, his abilities could make use of the STAP.
