- Don't spend that much money on a 4 star mod
- Agreed with above, not worth that much for a 4 dot mod. You're still going to be missing out on that extra +4 speed from a 5 dot primary. And if you don't have enough resistance people to get other 5 dot speed set mods then most likely the other 3 speed set mods you put on this character won't be as good as many other mods. It's almost more worth it to buy it if you can do the speed mod challenge so you can complete the set if you haven't had good luck with getting arrows w/ speed primaries.
- It's only 4*, which means better mods exist. I say no.
- Well ... I farmed up 778 mods so far. Of those, I have four 5°, one 4°, one 3°, and one 2° speed arrow. That's a 0.8% rate on speed arrows, and 0.5% for 5° speed arrows. Considering those odds, I would be sorely tempted to buy the one you are looking at. There's a 5° Defense arrow with Speed primary in my shop right now for 2318 crystals. I'm trying to ignore it since that's like $15 for a stinking mod.
- PersimiusRising TravelerYes, buy it. I bought 2 mk4 speed arrows over the weekend. +26 speed is better than +0 speed, even if you miss out on the 4 speed (which does matter) from a mk5 arrow that you don't have.

What does it take to get 4 and 5* mods to appear in the shop? Only 1-3* ever show up for me.
You have to beat t3 of the Health and Defense mod challenges. "Darksteel;809423" wrote:
Pretty sure once you complete all 3 tiers of the health and defense (all toons and Jedi) challenges it will open up 4* and 5* mods

You will eventually have better opportunities come. I wouldn't worry about getting that mod.
Not necessarily. I have been playing for over a year, hit 85 before Thanksgiving, and have around 410 mods. Of those mods, I have gained 5 mk5, 4 mk4, 3 mk3, 2 mk2, and 3 mk1 speed arrows. 2 of those mk4's I bought with credits over the weekend. 4 speed is a big deal, but +26 speed is so much better than +0 speed. - Hmmm...it's a judgment call really. The offense aspect of the mod is attractive as is the basic type (speed) so putting it on say TFP would be a great choice (already speedy gets speedier). However, that defense secondary...those in general aren't useful and often are the ones to get the bonus instead of the offense or speed secondaries (this mod doesn't have the latter but the rule holds throughout...the least useful secondary is most often the boosted one).
Since it is for credits, it may be worth a closer look if not a buy. If it were for crystals I would pass - better to use the crystals for refreshes in mod battles and play the odds. "StarSon;809458" wrote:

WHY DOES RNGESUS HATE ME SO MUCH???- Never spend that much on 4* and when you do buy make sure you only buy purple or gold.
