Wow, CG. That was good communication, and actually helpful!

My biggest, most persistent complaint with CG has been lack of communication about important issues. Since I've called CG out on this before, I feel I have a responsibility to use positive feedback when appropriate and not rely only negative criticism.

Today's post on the "missing buttons" bug was informative (I didn't know that the next character's turn hadn't started or why many different bugs could cause the same apparent behavior) and very helpful to understand why something that appeared to be a single issue might actually be multiple unrelated issues. Previously I had assumed that there were multiple bugs, as you had said, but that they all must be related to a single weakness in the code that makes such bugs more likely. I was wrong, and this simple, relatively short explanation makes me much more sympathetic to your situation.

If any failure of the battle system can cause the next turn to fail to start, then literally any new mechanic could cause behavior that looks the same to me. While I'm never happy when this happens, I do know that perfect code is impossible, and the next time I see this I won't be thinking about how there exist legacy bugs that you've never bothered to work on fixing. I'll understand that every update has the chance of introducing a new bug that looks the same as the old bug.

This is the sort of simple information, communicated relatively quickly, that literally enhances my enjoyment of the game and is likely to (at least somewhat, haters will be haters) reduce complaints about unaddressed bugs.

It doesn't take that many employee hours to provide such communication, and you already spend money on a community manager, so I hope that we can get much more communication like this.

I like many things about this game (even if I don't like it all) and I want to believe the best about the SWGOH team. Please keep this up and you'll find minds changing to view your work more positively.
