Hello! ou won't go anywhere with Jedi now. They're just subpar in arena until we get any rework. They're ok under zeta QGJ lead, but fall short before you can aquire his ability. If you want ot stick with them, then best is to farm QGJ from cantina store, get Ezra from cantina node and farm JC from hard nodes.
For fleet go with Mace lead. To be good you need to farm Close Seargent - either from hard nodes or Fleet Store once you get it. Fives would be a good choice once QGJ is done.
To sum it up - situation is bleak, jsut because most content is locked behind Rebels and you have almost none. For arena - currently there is no way for you to climb up - focus on ship arena since you should be able to get at least so-so results there and a steady income of crystals would help you catch up, just a bit.
If you wnat to play for fun then doing what I wrote will probably net you best results for now. You won't get far w/o farming at least the basic rebels to unlock content. All you need is in guide. However if you want to be competitive and get results then I would consider starting over.
