Baze or...
So since Baze is only in the shard shop for a limited time, should I stop working on all my other characters and farm him while I can or should I just leave him alone?

Baze is strong, but there r answers to him. B2 is a great answer. Boba can ignore his taunt or execute him while he is full of buffs. TFP goes way b4 him giving him ability block and buff immunity. There r ways.
