Even without the zeta, QGJ lead gives oodles of speed to jedi, something Yoda has lots of - so a good counter to him.
I found that you might need to lead with a jedi that boosts offense on his lead, like Mace or Anakin, so that when you are able to smack Yoda (meaning when he doesn't have foresight!) you hit him hard enough to make it count.
Luminara provides evasion which could help depending on how RNG plays out for you. If you have Ima-Gun Di it could work well as a counter strategy - when Yoda hits you hope your 35% counter kicks in and you hit back.
