I have my palpatine at 7*, g9, lvl 80 and have started introducing him in my arena team.I wish I had Anakin, but it seems like the best team I can make isPalpatine (lead)VaderRGReyQGJWho else has been using palpatine in arena? What are your teams? Do you like them? Is Dooku worth putting in?

Or maybe even using Sidious, although I've heard he's still unimpressive with palp lead. Dooku could be promising tho, especially against Jedi, with the potency and TM boosts

Palp's Shock can prevent RGand ST Han from triggering taunt, but not if ST Han is faster. Need a dispel for sure, or to just always avoid ST Han/RG teams. I don't have sun fac tho cause I'm FTP.

I'm working on mine. One in our server has him with 187 speed. He stunned my whole team on his aoe. It was RIDICULOUS. I'll be running him shortly after I gear up and level Vader even at 5*.Thinking Palp, Vader, rg, Rey and Han. Not sure yet though. I may have to figure out qgj in the mix.

Just outta curiosity, what the advantage of using JKA. I'm running EP, V, RG Rey and QGJ. QGJ and Rey work, just looking for better. Currently running 179 speed on Vader 171 on EP. Room for improvement there, or might switch n make EP go first

Anakin for the extra AOE, which seems to be meta right now.
Rey seems to be falling out of favor in top tier arena, there's a lot of debuffs going around which hurt her dps

Ya know...palpy lead and Vader are both non-negotiable must haves...but past that...this might sound crazy... but how bout magmatrooper, clone trooper, and ig-100?

That would be 3 aoe turn meter reduction atks...you could with help of some mods, make a team that can literally take a whole turn from every enemy while Vader snipes targets with culling blade...which would be all the sweeter with big papa palpy stunning, shocking and granting offense up...

So crazy it might just work? Thoughts?

I run

Lando (l) Rey QGJ STHan Phasma

First try against Manila Manolo I wanted to kill EP as fast as possible. I managed to do that with my setup. But after I killed EP, both ST Han and SF taunted and Lando destroyed me.

Next try I wanted to kill his Lando asap, because he did the most damage in the previous battle. Guess what? EP destroyed me by stunning all my characters. 5 characters stunned is end of battle :)

Darkkram, yep. I changed a bit. Removed st Han for ani. To fight against one team on our shard.

Farming tarkin right now. Might be good for more aoe.

Lando can do massive damage hiding behind the stuns and taunts of the tanks.

Works quite well, albeit all my guys are mid 60s 6 star version, gear 7/8, but they can wreck with all the healing and TM boosts.

Since the unholy trinity (EP,RG,Vader) seems to be a good name for them, how about some nicknames for Empire team comps.

Royal Straight- EP, Vader, Tarkin, Veers, RG

Full house - EP, Vader, Tarkin, RG, Magma

Fire and Ice - EP, Vader, Tarkin, Magma, Snowtrooper
