Can someone please explain to me?
Why does anakin lose all of his turn meter after an ally falls below 50% or is defeated? If it's a bonus turn shouldn't his turn meter stay the same? After he takes his bonus turn?

There appears to be a small difference:
Bonus turns can't be prevented with daze, shock etc. Bonus turn meter gains can.
