Chewie Requirements

So frustrating to see people complain about needing to move potency mods. This was the easiest event so far.

No. This is an easy event. Put your highest potency mods on 4 BH including dengar. Mods boba for speed and damage. Wait for good opening rng. Boba cleans house. The fact people have been clearing this with g10 and g11 bobas and trash add ins makes me think it needed to be much tougher

I got my Bounty Hunter team at least G8 to 11 prepared but Chewbacca’s team is far too powerful than R2’s, and even takes priority few times each.

Yeah, I’ve heard the argument that BH have been around forever. But they’re also not a “best” team for anything in this game. Which means that unless your an end-game player, you won’t have farmed them yet. This isn’t parallel to the other legendaries. (BB-8 would be the closest.) In fact, it’s the first that I’ve ever been unable to complete. And it’s not like I was caught off guard. I’ve been farming the BH since there was even a hint they’d be needed for something. At the moment, I’ve even dropped all other farms.
It just feels to me like a shameless money-grab. I’m all for a challenge, but this is well-nigh impossible for a player like me (almost a year in, 1.25Mil, what I’d say is an early end-game player).
All I can say is, if the Chewie event is so hard, he’d better be WAY stronger than Thrawn. But I’ve seen nothing to indicate he will be.

What if I told you, Legendary Chewie is not meant for early end-game players.

Then I’d say things need to be rethought if early-endgame players can get the Hero’s Journey toons but not a simple Legendary. I understand there’s a power creep, but that’s too much.

Ppl still panic farming FO when BB8 hits, even those toons are in the game from very beginning.

2 g12 (Boba and zBossk) 3 g11 (Zam, Greedo, IG-88) =0% chance. Everytime there's an event that wastes hours of my life or raid (sith) that also wastes hours of my life, it's time to reassess why I am wasting hours of my life on this game. Pile on the NS garbage just as I was starting to get 9M in p3 and this is just one of those weeks I really hate playing this game!

Please explain. I took your advice, got Boba to 251 speed and loaded the rest up with potency. Each team member other than Boba had 4 potency mods and 2 health (for speed arrows). No zetas, all G9. Team is Boba (L), Bossk, Greedo, Bane, Dengar.

I'm on T6. Rebs go first, and their entire team is going before I get my first shot off. By the time Boba gets his first turn Greedo is dead, Bossk's health is red and he has no shields, and Dengar is at half health and stunned. Every time. Then either the rebs are all stealthed by Artoo, or they cleanse Boba's skill locks and then finish me off. The very best I've done is gettting Chewy to half health. If I try Han first, I can't even get his shields down.

Their TM is insane, how are you beating that with Potency?

I don’t think this is an event you can finish with gear 9 (nor should it be imo). Gear them up properly and it will be much more doable, and enjoyable.

He said he could finish T7 with G10 Boba and trash. I'm trying to finish T6 with G9 Boba and not trash.

You can’t skimp on Boba and Danger to that degree they are the two BH you need well built. I’ve seen some g10’s get 7* but that would be miserable. Get boba to g11 or g12
