From this chart it looks like zeta has a huge impact; you can probably expect going to 156 if Chimaera is 7*.

Adding the last two pieces would max you at 157.

Well, the zeta should get you two more speed if you are at 154.

Unless I was looking at it wrong, it said 1 more. But I am using an old blackberry and it was cumbersome even filling out boxes...so maybe. I would have done it for the 1 speed, so 2 would just be a bonus.

The zeta is worth about 1.5 speed but the game doesn't recognise half speed as a separate thing so it rounds either up or down. If your old speed +1.5 gives you +1 speed or +2 depends on what else you have on your thrawn.

Know what? I think I was reading the table wrong--treating it like the gear table instead of subtracting the lower tier.

But in any case, max is 157, which you'll need all gear to get.

Looks like you are missing a regular g12 piece too, so yeah, either adding the zeta or equipping 1 more piece will bump you up 1.

My main takeaway here is that there are people still using Blackberry phones.

Nope, for sure. I have thrawn with 4 12+ gears, 2 zetas, all gold 5* mods and chimera is still 154 speed

If they're 5*, they're not gold. Pretty sure OP means he has 6* mods, not merely level 15 or mk-A.
