Critical Damage UP with Echo?
So no CD Up buffs for Echo and neither General Anakin nor ARC Trooper give the buff...what is going on here!

His lead boost everyone's critical damage rate.....it doesn't give critical damage up. CD up is a temporary buff. The lead gives an additional +50% CD for the entire battle.
