I thought Nihilus Zeta put dots and health down on every enemy at the start of the encounter? Has this changed to just health down at the start of each toons turn or am I just being stupid? Also...

i do not think this has changed. It's Health Down at each opponents turn. And DoT at random opponent at Nihilus's turn
