Enemy gear lvl?
So is there any possibility you can see the gear level of an enemy squad because I mean if I just see purple it could be all between 7 and 11

It's all about the pattern as well as the colour. Each gear tier has a different pattern around it, there's an image somewhere but you can Google it or just look at your roster.
