As already stated Thrawn's speed is irrelevant to Chimaera's speed. He doesn't get out and push to make the starship go faster.

What does that have to do with his 300 speed?
Was just info for the OP. He said his was 270. If he was so inclined to discuss it I wanted to mention why and how I use Thrawn
OP is asking about fleet speeds. OP thought toon speed mattered. It doesn't.
