Well, I'd have to know their speeds for that.. It's possible, yet can't know for absolutely sure since I can't seem to get a video that doesn't "lag" in such occurrences with many buffs/debuffs changing..
I'll try to get one with bastilla, but I'm afraid the same "lag" would happen.
