So I just 7* Zeb and I'm not sure what to get next in the GW store. The plan (new shard) is my almost complete phoenix > empire > FO. I was only able to unlock 6* Thrawn but hopefully I'll be squared ...

Yeah that could be, but for TW at least (waiting for over events maybe coming out) she would be useful...or you have 4 FO chars w\ a leader later on
