So I just 7* Zeb and I'm not sure what to get next in the GW store. The plan (new shard) is my almost complete phoenix > empire > FO. I was only able to unlock 6* Thrawn but hopefully I'll be squared ...

That is a decent shout and can also use as pig fodder....
If R1 though and fairly new then probably don't have K2S0 and that would be higher up the list.
