Houndstooth taunt vs negotiator mobilize
Has anyone else noticed that when HT taunt is striped during mobilize with an attacking Umbaran ship, and the enemy has breach, shouldn't he regain taunt again?

5s strips buffs on a target locked toon and it cant be reapplied due to buff immunity. - No buff immunity I checked
- I know 5s strips taunt, but HT should regain it when an enemy has breach

He does every time I've seen it unless there is buff immunity involved, or breach was dropped.- I'll pay closer attention next time
