Houndstooth taunt vs negotiator mobilize
Has anyone else noticed that when HT taunt is striped during mobilize with an attacking Umbaran ship, and the enemy has breach, shouldn't he regain taunt again?

He does every time I've seen it unless there is buff immunity involved, or breach was dropped.
