I'm thinking Ghost + HT reinforce. Ghost reduces potency by 25%. HT reinforce gives Allies +25% tenacity. Ghost applies speed down on a resist.
I already run Ghost Vader Biggs -> Phantom, Cassian. Just insert HT after Phantom. How viable is HT at 3*? My Bossk is G11.
