How G13 is affecting the ship stats?

Seriously? No benefit at all to speed. Wow...- Someone in my alliance did a comparison and said +1 for chimaera (though maybe there are other factors unaccounted for); and now third hand word of mouth: +6 for AA

I had thrawn g12+5 and 6dot mods, with 2 zetas and all omegas. After adding the fin piece, no speed bump.
