The Empire is almost the direct counter to NS. Your best option is to switch teams. That being said, Ventress lead should with a bit better, since you could make sure the take a lot less turns. You'd still get wrecked on defense, but you should have an offensive chance.
Actually, if you can stun palpatine and takw him out, everything is fine. Asajj lead gives a needed damage boost against Palp, the TMR helps control him and Nihilus, and if need be, you can put in han for GK and just stun palp immediately, then just use the Tmr and stuns from asajj lead and daka to control them for the rest of battle.
