how to stop this level 82 tarkin counter to maxed executor

i cant seem to stop this level 82 executrix from beating my maxed whaled executor and stealing my pay out, any advice? seems to be a very strong counter he knock me back in about 3 second battles ...

i don't think hes cheating..... cg would of banned him if he was.
