Ok so are there any good squads to use jkl without using old republic gas or master Luke? Or what would be the best way to use him without using old republic gas or master Luke?

JKL works well with almost any jedi tbh. Plo Koon, Barriss, Old Ben, GMY, Shaak Ti, Hoda for example. Just make them as fast as possible so that they can use the JKL leader skill to give him 100% TM and make the opponent slower.
