I am having trouble activating my ship on my phone and until I have done it I cannot do anything else can anyone help please

There is one picture above the activate button With lots of stars underneath not light up is that what I have to light up if so then I cannot because it won't let me- How many ship credits do you have (top right)? I think you need like 5k to activate a ship. You're probably going to have to contact support like Acrofales said if you can't leave the tutorial.

If you can get to it, click the gear in the top left corner of the screen. There should be a "contact us" or similar option. There may also be a contact us/support link somewhere here on the forums.
