I came up with a great idea for NS zombie that would make her more useful at high gear levels that I wanted to share and get some feedback. To eliminate the paper zombie, make her auto revive mechanic only work if she is killed from below full health. So, basically a one hit kill zombie does not revive automatically. But, could still be revived other ways, like Daka special or from Talzin lead zeta. That would completely eliminate the very low gear, paper zombie. However, that only encourages gearing to a certain point that she's no longer a one hit kill. She would need another change to encourage higher gear levels. So, make her health pool decrease every time she is revived. That would put a more finite number on the amount of times she can revive. Eventually, after enough revives, she won't have enough health to survive more than one hit. That means she would need higher gear levels to survive more deaths. I have always hated the paper zombie mechanic and would love to see her more useful at higher gears. Of course that would just be one more toon I would need to gear, though.

Paper zombie was only useful for arena. Tanky Zombie taunting a long time is way better for pve.Now that Night Sisters are no longer arena viable they finally change her. It's as if they purposefully wait until the fix will damage the toons instead.

It’s not a bad idea the suggestion that I gave was a stacking defensive increase/decrease upon revive I.e.

Ability “Decay”
G1-8 after revive zombie gains 100% def stacking until end of encounter
G9 +50%
G10 0%
G11 -50%
G12 -200%(zeta)

Annihilate doesn’t do any damage, so it’s zero hit. Zombie should revive from that as she does now

The problem with the zombie is that it can't be reversed, so you're screwed if you "improved" him. This means that if it should get papery with progress, someone will find a situation where a strong zombie is superior, and we have the same problem again.

It would be cool if it had some ability that would flip all mod attributes. Combine that with the zombie having "maxed" stats *without* mods, and we could have both worlds. However, this is quite tricky to get right.

One thought would be to add a second zombie to the game, one that grows weaker as it progresses. Add a G11 requirement on the original one to enable the resurrection.

It might even be good for the game to allow a (very expensive) option of removing omegas and zetas. We do have some situations where having a certain omega or zeta is actually a disadvantage.

Don't give them such ideas
New zombie would suck considering how hard it was to farm 1 of them

All they have to do is not have a lot of health and protection built into its gear since that isn't all that useful. Instead add stats that are useful like speed and offense and it would be beneficial to gear to g12 since you're getting a faster zombie. That means more taunting which is tge whole point. That wouldn't be a nerf even since the end product would be better than what we have now.

Making an ability based off gear levels is not something that has been done anywhere in the game and it is very unlikely for something like that to happen. That would also be much more difficult to code and more likely to have bugs. Making an ability change that's not tied to gear levels is far more likely
