Ideas for a useful geared NS zombie

I came up with a great idea for NS zombie that would make her more useful at high gear levels that I wanted to share and get some feedback.

To eliminate the paper zombie, make her auto revive mechanic only work if she is killed from below full health. So, basically a one hit kill zombie does not revive automatically. But, could still be revived other ways, like Daka special or from Talzin lead zeta. That would completely eliminate the very low gear, paper zombie. However, that only encourages gearing to a certain point that she's no longer a one hit kill.

She would need another change to encourage higher gear levels. So, make her health pool decrease every time she is revived. That would put a more finite number on the amount of times she can revive. Eventually, after enough revives, she won't have enough health to survive more than one hit. That means she would need higher gear levels to survive more deaths.

I have always hated the paper zombie mechanic and would love to see her more useful at higher gears. Of course that would just be one more toon I would need to gear, though.

    That could go either way honestly. I would say that since there is no damage amount tied to annihilate that zombie would still be able to revive from it.

    I had thought about that too. But, with no visible TM on dead toons, I don't think it's a good idea. It would also be introducing something totally new to the game similar to the other suggestion and comment I made above. I think it's very unlikely for CG to add a totally new element like that.

    My idea in another thread was to essentially have her grant stacking offense/crit damage/TM to NS allies for being hit without dying (it was more complicated, but that was the main point).

    That would make her useful at higher gears. But, doesn't give enough reason to gear her up because of how useful the paper zombie is. Her kit needs to be changed in a way that makes a fully geared zombie better than any other gear level zombie.

    If you set the bonus high enough it will be better to keep zombie alive than kill her off. Here was my exact post in another thread (sorry for everyone who has read this in 3 threads now).

    “Zombie gains defense% equal to 0.002% of her protection. When zombie is damaged she gains plague that cannot be resisted. Zombie does not spread plague during her turn. At the start of her turn, she inflicts unresistsble plague on a random enemy one time for each instance of plague on zombie. When zombie reaches full health she grants all NS allies 3% offense and crit damage (stacking) and 5% TM for each instance of plague dispelled.”

    Now maybe those numbers aren’t high enough. I can’t test it. But at some point it’s better having a good zombie. Ventress may not stack as high, but having crit damage to multiply that offense bonus would be huge and giving Talia more offense would make her able to heal even more.
