Hello my dear comrades.I ve been wondering, is Clone Sarge ship real good?I ve read that it's about to be the new meta...Should I heavily inverst on this toon then?

If you are going to run Negotiator in fleet arena, then yes, 100%.  It performs the same role as Biggs coming off the bench as a secondary taunt.
