I want to build that squad but with the recent discussion about the meta in SOTG i'm not sure she will keep her value longterm.Technically she is a marquee so she shouldn't be this strong if we follow their reasoning, does this mean she will follow the same treatment as Qgj?

I'm worried about building Iden and Dash teams right now on the basis that they will get nerfed

A simple solution for all of this would be if CG agreed that any nerf that happens 30 or 60 days after a characters release will result in a refund of mats. Anything before the 30/60 days and the player assumes the risk for trying out a new character and gets no refund. So easy it will never happen.

The problem isn't just the new character that gets nerfed. It's the supporting cast that you have to gear as well... They're not likely to refund the magmatrooper gear if they nerf Versio.

For a Versio team I'd relic up Versio, Death, Magma and Shore.I could potentially still get value out of Dash and Versio if nerfed as I could get Starkiller. Depends what they meant. I take it to mean they nerfed the Omicron on QGJ after they, and every content creator, talked up how powerful and awesome it was. In this case, it's correct.

I don't see why they would nerf a marquee character having an off meta counter. They are fine with GAS countering Rey. He isn't marquee but not a GL either. But their interests do supercede consistency.

As part of the original release of Omicrons, the massive boost to QGJ was spruiked as one of the most compelling reasons to chase the resource and purchase packs, especially given the shift of crystal acquisition to GAC.

It was many people's first Omicron, because it was such a game changer for left over Jedi.

It was promoted, people purchased Omicron packs and then it was subsequently nerfed.

There is still uproar because many would not have applied the Omicron, this game's most valuable resource, to QGJ in its current form.

The first few weeks it was out it wasn't WAI

There was a fix, but they also changed the ability to not function at all if a GL was present on either side. That specific change was a massive nerf to viability of the omicron.

4 years later, she's still OP. I won't even attempt to fight an Iden team. Easily the most overpowered squad in the game.

Wampa, traya and friends, GL, GAS there is a lot of counters to Iden. Check .gg for the full list.
If you need help with counters, create a new thread and ask there.
