- So the tm gains, he can gain 70% from all enemies debuffed and 10% from chirpa lead.. but what about EP lead? 20% on crit, 70% on unique. 90%... might be fun to test as an alternative

Def worth a try. Problem then is you lose chipatine if you have chirpa and the 20% tm gain is when inflicting a debuff which won't happen when attack the boss.- Why not? Boss can be debuffed
- Only once though unless a "re" debuff counts.

Here is my opinion as to why it will not work as well in heroic as normal.
Thermal Detonators.
Health of heroic/normal 12m/51m
Thermals will do about 4 times less damage
JE thermals do about 7200/30600 Heroic/Nornal
JS thermals do about 4800/20400 Heroic/normal
Out of that million about 229k looks to be thermal detonater damage from JS so assuming you get the same amount of thermals to land and detonate you loose about 175k right there.
Than there will be a reduction in every one elses damage just don't seem to do same damage numbers in heroic as normal because the bosses are typically faster.

Curious question, if you added a zeta'ed bariss (20% Hp back for all allies receiving a crit) into chirpatine and modded the tank all for health, wouldn't that possibly prolong the tanks lifes for eternity?
The problem will be the healing immunity the boss hits everyone with.
Ideally the tank and bariss don't get turns, so healing immunity will block the heals. - scuba75Seasoned Rookie

The boss will still take turns. He gains TM everytime he is damaged, 5% and when he counters, 25%.
So he will get to use it.
Sure you could get lucky with rng and not have the healing immunity land.
