Is it possible to win last tier of the assault battle with Phoenix?

I am just curious if somebody was able to win the last tier and if it is even possible to win one of the last three tiers ?

    I think I've seen full r7 do CT2, but have not heard of anyone able to beat CT3 with Phoenix.
