Maybe in your shard....not in mine. Before Revan came back, my shard had 1 Traya, 1 CLS and the rest Revan in the Top 20. For the top 50, there was typically 2 CLS teams, 2-3 Traya teams and 1 NS team. My top 50 was already pretty much all Revans before the event returned.
