This has come up a lot the past few days on my guild chat.Small sample size but a guildmate and I just payed for a combined 6 refreshes, no JE.I paid for 3 of the jawa/ewok packs the other day and got 4 JE shards combined, so if this is a business decision at least give me a workable P2P option.

I've noticed the same, though he came up twice today. So much Dengar!

He comes up for me frequently......now that I have him at 7*. Seriously though, this last 2 weeks, he was in rotation 2 times. It was hard getting the last ten shards.

Same, been waiting 2 weeks to unlock

JE shows scarcely. Way less than Dengar. Not RNG a pattern over months of farming.

I have Dengar at 6, got JE over the few weeks at about 125 shards.

That's the problem in this game. Many people just running up and down mindlessness saying "It's RNG" or "confirmation bias" to justify everything.
It took me to fully level JE way longer than what was expected if the rate of apperance were 1/3. So, it's not RNG. It's like the type/shape of mods or the raid gear, not all have the same probability of drop. In this game some event probability is not random.
