Zygerrian I believe, from the Clone Wars episode about Togruta colonists getting captured and sold to the Zygerrian Empire at the request of Dooku.
The Cathar were wiped out (mostly) by the Mandalorians shortly before Revan's appearance as a Jedi leader.
