He is a saber user through and through. He was a master at each saber fighting style (taught to him by one of the best swordsmen ever, Lord Tyranus) to deadly precision. He even matched windu on a deul (note windu is reguarded as the greatest jedi swordsman). Windu only escaped by force crushing grievous's chest but note that grievous had mace on the ropes so yea, he will have sabers lol and he better be a speed monster thats VERY proficient in using them like he actually was.
the trend is for fastest characters in the actual story to become the slowest characters in the game (e.g. Asajj and Ahsoka). So a speed around 90 seems right
Just give him Jawa Engineer's +12ish speed for each droid ally and I'll be a happy clanker :D
