Malak Cooldown Reset
When Malak's cooldown on drain life is reset via his unique ability, does that mean it goes back up to 4 or it goes down to zero?

- Reset typically means it is ready to use.
- Resetting a cooldown means taking it to 0 and priming the ability for use
- If that's true, that's crazy powerful.
- Yay. Why must these OR toons be so powerful. Honestly Darth sidious should be a powerhouse, like in the Clone Wars
