Empire has no issues with nightsisters either. But I guess that you could say the same for nightsisters when on offense.
The nice thing about Empire it has room to grow. With nightsisters you are pretty much locked into your squad (Talzin Lead, zombie, daka, Asajj, +1). Empire you have so much more room to switch around, and they have room to grow. Currently empire meta is Thrawn (L), Shore, Storm, DT, Krennic. You can switch out krennic for Tarkin depending on situations. But besides those two main squads, there are combinations and toons that work in unique situations (zader, palps, TFP, etc.). And with the empire being the second largest faction besides the rebel scum, they will always be adding new troops to the faction while the same cannot be said for nightsisters.
