What do you guys use for mods on him? Non leader preferably but I'd love to hear both. Not sure what to put on him/where to use him yet

Yeah, I don't even have the resistance characters to get good speed mods. Working on other sets with good primaries/secondaries. Sounds like Health sets with speed/protection stats is the way to go
