Sass TM gain under DN

Question

Tried to look for a calculation online but could only find it for a Zaul lead.

What is the calculation for speed boost when Sass uses her special on turn 1 under a DN lead? She gains 2 buffs if I'm correct, so 24% TM to the team.

What is that in a speed multiplier? Trying to determine my sith team order

(Member speed / sass speed) x 100% show you how many tm they gonna have when sass reach 100% tm, then you can add the 24%
If you do (0.76 x sass speed) then you can see the speed needed to reach 100% tm when applying the 24% boost, then you can play with number and give 1 or 2 or whatever points less to create your disered turn order
