His zeta gives him a heal over time and 30% turn meter every time you hit him, and he dispels all debuffs every time he takes a crit. You need to be able to either dispel a big stack of heals before he takes his turn, or just dish out a big enough hit (or call enough assists on one move) to one-shot him.
