Now I've noticed some people questioning how to beat t2. I found that easy.
In t3 however- he practically oneshots everyone aside from my gear 11 Ezra. To which he deals fractional damage to.
So I would say It's a good assumption to say they have measures in place to prevent anyone from completing each wave if their characters are below the threshold.
Seems like the game has taken the turn from being able to complete these events with meticulous play and good Rng to having an instant fail if you don't meet the requirements.
