SEE team using the requirements

Does SEE work in Arena/GAC/TW with his requirements or does he have to have sith trio and malak?

Im close to unlocking him but my sith trio are hanging at g12 and g11. I dont even have Malak unlocked.

Im hesitant to pull the trigger and then realize I still have to gear 4 different characters to g13 to get his ideal lineup...
