Odd. My Tie is 194 speed, and it's 46002 gp. TFP is 12+3 17197 gp.
I think you're getting a GP boost from the quality of mods (gold vs blue/green), but ships don't really care about that as much. Notice the ship speed calculator doesn't ask what quality of mod it is?
In fact, Kyno's right that he's g12+3 where you're g12+2, and your mod quality is making up the gp gap. Ship speed calculator backs this up. g12+2 is 193, g12+3 is 194.
