The only ship difference I can see is that "mine" has maxed reinforcement whereas "his" is only at stage 2.
So unless specific G12+ pieces grant ships additional speed...
Taking reinforcement from level 2 to level 3 does add about 2k GP to the ship.
Did some testing with my TFP. Put the same color mods on mine as he has and then switched to all golds. You having all gold mods compared to his setup adds 301 GP to your TFP plus 677 more to the ship but impacts the ship stats none. When I use the same mod setup as him my TFP has the same GP (17,196) and I have all three of the left side G12 pieces. You need the top left piece to match him.
