Skipped Phoenix a bit but my plan needs refining

First of all this is the second post, i edited the first one 3-4 times in a row and it disappeared. So i skipped some Phoenix a bit when i was lvl 47, now I'm 54 and went for ships thinking that ...

I 'll see on 60 if i will be able to take a good spot in fleet arena since i went early for ships and start on Phoenix plus the other tasks that you and the guys here mentioned.
